Our rental villa, located in Calis of Fethiye, one of the famous and beautiful holiday resorts of Turkey, 1 km from the sea and 3000 meters long from Fethiye, is at a point intertwined with nature, with its back to the mountains. It is a summer villa for rent where you can meet your daily needs without the need for car as it is close to the center and 1000 meters from the market. It is less than a fifteen-minute drive from the famous Ölüdeniz, one of the beauties to be seen in Fethiye.

Our villa for rent, which can meet the needs of a family of six with its three bedrooms and a private bathroom in its carefully prepared garden that integrates with nature, will look for a holiday in Fethiye with its simple and comfortable design.

NOTE: It is our primary preference for future customers to have families.

NOTE: Due to the Pandemic, Special items such as Towels, Bathrobes, Slippers are not provided in our Villas.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
