Villa Almina is located in Bodrum Yalıkavak, one of the most beautiful bays of Bodrum, and is designed with natural stones in the concept of a 6000 m2 landscaped and grassy farmhouse in nature, in a place where there is not a very dense settlement.

This stone villa, which stands out among rental houses in Bodrum, is in two parts and is connected by a belt along two parts as can be seen in the pictures. Our villa with 10 bedrooms, 8 bedrooms in the main building, one of which is a servant room and 2 extra guest bedrooms as a guest house, has been detailed with a modern line from beginning to end. Our villa has a large Private Swimming Pool, sauna, parking area for 10 cars, business and meeting room, laundry room, as well as services that will provide treats during your holiday, as well as very rich outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy the view and sunset while you have dinner by the pool. During your rental, the entire villa belongs to you.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
