Villa Alyans

Villa Alyans is a one bedroom honeymoon villa with nature view in Kalkan / Islamlar Village. Our villa, which was completed in 2022, has been designed very modern and stylish. The pool terrace and sunbathing area of ​​our villa, which is among the ideal options for honeymooners, is sheltered. Everything has been thought of for you at Villa Alyans for a private villa holiday in the comfort of your own home, and it can suffice with kitchen utensils, garden furniture and all the users you may want. The side border of our villa is located at Villa Günışığı. Also close to the villa are Villa Melisa, Villa Almira and Villa Alvin. It is suitable for the customer who wants to rent a villa next to or close to each other.

NOTE: A cleaning fee of 400 TL is required for 5-night rentals.

Bedroom

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, make-up table with mirror, air conditioner, jacuzzi, LCD TV, WC & bathroom.

Living Room: There is a modern sitting group, satellite receiver, LCD TV, coffee table, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace in the living room.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, built-in oven, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven, pans and pots, dinnerware and cutlery, table and chairs. There is an exit to the poolside.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, armchairs, dining table and chairs, foosball, drip bath and stone receiver in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance

It is delivered clean in the size of the villa and it is cleaned once a week. In case of extra cleaning request, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.

Damage Deposit

A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, it is recommended that this fee be refunded on the day of departure.Entry and Exit Information

Check-in time for all our Villas is after 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are made, the functioning of the deficiencies and the obligation to these hours are strongly requested from the villa customer.

Location

Due to the geographical location of our region, it consists of settlements placed on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are slope roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas outside the center are usually located within the village, it is possible to encounter natural life miracles (flies, insects, bees, etc.).

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with sea and nature views on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there is a table and chair for 2 people, a sun umbrella, a sitting group and a barbecue as garden furniture.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 5 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
