Villa Ametis; It is located in Kalkan Islamlar area. It is 9 km from the center of Kalkan. 1 bedroom, with a capacity of 2 people, it can be preferred by honeymoon couples. Our private pool villa is a conservative villa location where the pool is not visible from the outside. A pleasant holiday awaits you with the private jacuzzi in the bed.

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave, Electric Kettle, Dinnerware, Pan, Pots and Cutlery are available.

Living Room: In the living room, which opens to the pool view, there is a modern design and comfortable Sitting Group, as well as Satellite TV (LCD).

Bedroom - Room 1 (Suit-Family): Double Bed, Nightstand, Wardrobe and Air Conditioning, Bedroom Bathroom, Jacuzzi.

NOTE: The last 450 meters of the road to the villa is stabilized and sloped.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 2 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
