Villa Anatolia is located at the highest point of Kalkan/Kalamar locality, with a breathtaking view of the dazzling Mediterranean Sea, Kalkan and Kalamar bays. This unique location will enchant you every morning to start the day with a magnificent sunrise and in the evening to enjoy the setting sun with magnificent colors.

Our villa was built with modern architecture and has an elegant design with Anatolian Turkish motifs. Blending the old with the new, this unique style offers both a nostalgic atmosphere and allows you to enjoy modern comfort.

Considering the comfort of our guests, our villa has an accommodation capacity of 10 people. 5 luxurious bedrooms are arranged as a corner of paradise where you will enjoy the beauties. As an extra, there is also a dedicated gym room for sports fans. You can also take the elevator from our private underground garage to the building floor and enjoy the magnificent view of our villa to the fullest.

Villa Anatolia's lush garden is adorned with endemic plants adorned with local olive trees and fruit trees. You can enjoy the peace and serenity and get away from the noise of the city in our landscaped areas equipped with minimal and abundant greenery.

Our pool terrace is designed for you to have an efficient and comfortable time at any time of the day. While you cool off in our 40 square meter large swimming pool, you can relax in the 17 square meter shallow pool and pamper yourself while enjoying the sun.

There is a sunbathing area with a view of nature on the pool floor terrace, a private swimming pool, a table and a chair, a sun lounger, a parasol, a barbecue as garden furniture in our villa.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you in a cleaned condition, and there are Towels and Bed Linen Set for 10 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (Islamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
