Our newly built villa with 3 bedrooms and 6 people, located in Kalkan Kördere area, has nature view and sea view. It allows you to have a pleasant time during your holiday. Our villa is conservative and has a double jacuzzi. It is a very suitable villa option for our couples who are considering a honeymoon holiday.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

2.000 TL damage deposit for the villa you have rented (This fee is separated according to the villa.)

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
