Pool: The dimensions of the L-shaped private swimming pool are 8 m x 4 m for both wings; depth is 1.70 m. Pool & garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

3rd Bedroom: It is a suite family bedroom with air conditioning. It has nature and sea views. There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom/WC and balcony exit (1st Floor).

4th Bedroom: It is a suite teen bedroom with air conditioning. It has nature and sea views. There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom/WC and balcony exit (1st Floor).

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group in a modern-elegant line, LCD TV, satellite receiver, Smart TV - Netflix, modem for internet, foosball table, dining table for 8 people, exit to the pool terrace and shared WC.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
