Our romantic villa, located in Yeşilköy, Kalkan, embracing the nature view, has two bedrooms with an American kitchen and a living room, surrounded by nature, with nature view. Our customer who wants to have a holiday in our summer house will enjoy the sheltered pool and a holiday intertwined with nature. A wonderful holiday awaits you with its proximity to Patara beach. Our villa offers you a pleasant holiday with its magnificent architecture. There is a Turkish bath and sauna in our villa.

NOTE: The last 1 km of the road to our villa is the stabilized road.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

There is a sunbathing area with a nature view on the surface of the pool floor, a table and chair for 4 people, sun loungers, parasols, barbecue as garden furniture in our private side villa.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, wireless internet, air conditioning, a living room for 4 people.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of İslamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area-village intertwined with nature.) Dalaman Airport is the closest airport for the customer who will arrive by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be determined according to the villa.
