- Villa Makri is located at the exit of Villa Azmira. It is suitable for cultivating those who want to rent villas close to each other. It makes the pictures of these 2 villas look amazing.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

There is a private swimming pool with dimensions of 4 x 8 meters and a depth of 1.40 meters in the private garden. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. On the pool floor, there are 4 halls and 1 living room. There is a private pool in the private garden. In addition, our villa has a dining table and barbecue / barbecue.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, built-in 4-burner stove, tea maker (kettle), pans & pots, cutlery.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a stylish sitting group, plasma TV, air conditioning and a dining table for 6 people. There is a direct exit from the living room to the poolside. There is also a common use WC on the living room floor.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - Room 1 (Suite): There is a double bed, nightstand, wardrobe, dressing table, body bath / WC and others, a large private balcony.

Bedroom - Room 2 (twin): There is 2 Single Beds, Bedside Table, Air Conditioner and Private Bathroom / WC and a large balcony for groups.

PENTHOUSE

Bedroom 3 (Family): There is a double bed, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi and a large and spacious terrace for common use with the next room.

Bedroom - Room 4 (Family): There is a Double Bed, Nightstand, Air Conditioner and Laundry Room. There is also a large and spacious terrace for common use with the next room.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 8 people.

NOTE: There are hammock, garden seating, table tennis, table football. In addition, it is suitable for rental in the winter period and has a floor heating system.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
