Villa Baykan

Villa Baykan is a fully sheltered villa located in Kalkan Kördere. Our luxurious and comfortable villa is located close to the center against a magnificent view. Our attractive villa with its colorful and stylish interior design is a very suitable villa option for crowded groups of friends and puppies. Our villa, which provides accommodation for up to 10 people, has been designed collectively so that our guests can stay comfortably.

There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms in our villa. In two bedrooms, double bed, air conditioner, bathroom and television; The third room has two single beds, air conditioning and bathroom; The fourth room has a double bed, bathroom, air conditioning, jacuzzi and television; At the end of the bed, there is a double bed, a bathroom, air conditioning and television. In the living room kitchen, there is air conditioning, sitting group and television.

Important Note: The hammam, sauna and heated pool in our villa are located on the ground floor.

There are no stairs from the ground floor to the upper floor. Guests who want to go up can use the stairs in the outer area of ​​the house.

NOTE: THE INDOOR POOL BETWEEN DECEMBER 1 - FEBRUARY 28, HEATING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. The standard water temperature in heated pools is 28 degrees.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN:

Pool: Pool and garden maintenance in all our villas is done once a day, in the morning or in the evening, by the officers who take care of the villa, and your garbage is delivered.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
