Summer Rental Villa Büşra Our villa, which is located in nature in Kalkan-Islamlar region, is an ideal villa that aims to move comfortably and is far from the eyes. It has a total accommodation capacity of 2 people with 1 bedroom. It is possible to exit to the pool surface of the American kitchen, living room and bedding. The perfect cleaning of the stone workmanship awaits the guesthouse with its large room, bedroom and a small indoor heated jacuzzi pool.

Indoor heated pool 1.50 cm. x 3m. 'direction. Its depth is 80 cm. It serves as a maximum of 28-30 degrees Celsius due to hygienic conditions. Pool usage fee is charged daily.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
