Villa Coast

Villa Coast is a one bedroom rental villa located in Patara. It is a honeymoon villa with jacuzzi, built in 2019 and fully decorated with modern furniture. You can watch the Patara Village view from the bedroom and living room and enjoy the pool terrace.

POOL FLOOR TERRACE: Sunbathing area, private pool.

Pool Dimensions: It is 8 meters X 3 meters deep and 1.60 meters deep.

Kitchen: The spacious and large American kitchen includes a refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 2-person set meals.

Living Room : Sitting Group, Satellite TV (LCD), Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning

BEDROOMS:

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, nightstand, air conditioner, vanity table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. There is an exit to the balcony.

Other Features: Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner etc. Cleaning materials

NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas etc. of our villa. expenses and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
