Located in Kalkan Sarnıçbaşı, our luxury villa for rent is located in a quiet spot, at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, intertwined with nature, with a unique view of the sea and nature from every room, where the texture of the fascinating settlement of Kalkan can be watched day and night. There is no intensive construction around Villa Demir. The private swimming pool and garden of our villa are sheltered. In this respect, our summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers and especially honeymooners who want to be away from the public.

Villa Demir, which combines a pool terrace with panoramic sea and nature views, a private swimming pool and a luxurious design, has two spacious, modern designed suites with sea and nature views, opening to the pool terrace, and an American kitchen and living room. Our villa's private swimming pool is isolated from the environment and is an ideal villa for conservative families. Our villa has internet connection, swimming pool.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. In order to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (Islamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
