Villa Dimare 1

Villa Dimare 1 is located in Kalkan-islamlar, which is an outstanding holiday region to visit in Antalya. There are 2 suite bedrooms in our villa with a bed capacity of 4 people. There is a sheltered swimming pool outside the villa. Villa Dimare, with its 1 sheltered room, is an ideal holiday villa for conservative upbringing and honeymooners. Villa Dimare 1 offers a peaceful holiday in nature, away from the night of the city. It offers its guests a unique holiday experience in cells with plenty of oxygen. The main bed of our villa has an open jacuzzi, it will offer you a very enjoyable and pleasant holiday environment. There is also a shallow pool that you can use as a children's pool. Parking space is available.

NOTE : Villa Dimare 1 and Villa Dimare 2 are located side by side and are suitable for our guests who want to rent 2 villas together.

NOTE : Free consumption fee for pool heating, including gas in November, December, January, February, March, April, is 1,400 TL per week.

NOTE : There is a baby bed and high chair in our villa.

1. Bedroom: It is a suite room. There are 1 double bed, air conditioner, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, 2 lampshades, baby bed, TV, jacuzzi, heated pool, 2 pear, 1 wing chair, bathroom & WC.

2. Bedroom: It is a suite room. There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom & WC.

POOL FLOOR TERRACE: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and receivers.

Pool Dimensions: There is a sheltered swimming pool and a shallow pool in the garden. Length 10m; 4m; depth is 1.50 m. Heated Pool ; 5m x 2.5m depth; in the shape of 100cm

Kitchen: The spacious and large American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), electric kettle, aspirator, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and a set for 4 people.

Living Room: There is a TV, a table-chairs for 4 people and a modern sitting group. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.Other Features: Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner etc. Cleaning materials

NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas etc. of our villa. expenses and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important Information: Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL (A deposit of 1000 TL is required at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc.).

Internet : There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
