Villa Doğan

Villa Doğan, owner in 2023, is located in Kalkan - Üzümlü Village. Our three-bedroom, six-person accommodation villa is an alternative for honeymoon couples with its jacuzzi feature, and is a great alternative for our little customer thanks to its children's room, and offers a beautiful holiday opportunity thanks to its colorful and pleasant pool terrace. You can have a pleasant holiday with your loved ones thanks to the sitting group on the pool terrace, the house and your users.

NOTE: There is an extra 850 TL cleaning fee for rentals less than 1 week.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

Pool: Dimensions of our villa; There is a private swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters and a depth of 1.50 meters. Children's pool length: 3.50 cm width 1.40 depth 50 cm. Pool and garden maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening.

Pool surface: There is a private sheltered swimming pool and a children's pool. There is a terrace section, a living room, a caretaker and a garden sitting group.

GROUND FLOOR

Living Rom: The living room has a stylish seating group, LCD TV, dining table and chairs for 6 people, and air conditioning. There is an exit to the pool terrace of the living room section.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, teapot oven, 4-cooker set, tea maker, kitchen utensils (plates & glasses, pots & pans, etc.).

BEDROOMS

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioner, make-up table, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony and bathroom in the master suite bedroom.

2. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioner, make-up table, bedside table, dress, balcony and bathroom in the suite bedroom.

3. Bedroom: There are two single beds, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, balcony and bathroom in the young bedroom.

NOTE : All electricity, water, cylinder gas etc. of our villa. Expenses and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The size of our villa is delivered as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 6 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
