Located in Seydikemer, Fethiye, at a distance embracing the nature view, our two-storey romantic honeymoon villa offers an American kitchen & lounge in touch with nature. and has a 2-bed structure with nature views. Those who want to spend a holiday in a summer house will enjoy the sheltered pool and a holiday surrounded by nature.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

Our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area overlooking the sea and sunrise on the pool floor terrace, a private subscription and a private garden in the forest area, has a table and chairs for 6 people, 4 sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a seating group and a barbecue as garden furniture.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modernly designed American Kitchen; There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, dinnerware for 6 people, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: Opening to the nature view and pool flow, the daily busy living room has a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning, and a dining table for 4 people.

Bedroom - 1 (Set-Family): Our room with nature view has a double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony.

Bedroom - 2 (Set-Twin): Our room with nature view has 2 single beds, Nightstand, Wardrobe, Air Conditioning, Bathroom and French Balcony.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The size of our villa is cleaned and the delivery price includes Towels and Bed Linens for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas of our villas are included in the extra prices and there is no charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, medical services, etc. It is not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, regular disinfection is carried out and all kinds of treatments are carried out, but despite this, there are no butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. There is a possibility of being found. There is absolutely no guarantee that the pool will be 100% invisible in our sheltered villas. There is always a 5% retention margin in villas.

Damage Deposit:

Any damage, breakage, breakdown, loss, etc. to the villa you have rented during your stay. A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken into account at the entrance (This fee is determined according to the villa.) and if there is no problem/damage, the fee will be refunded (deposit).

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures on internet systems are taken with a 12-18 mm wide angle lens in order to fit them on their screens. For this reason, the objects in the pictures can be seen as larger than reality.

From the Internet:

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible outages from internet service providers may occur. (Internet usage; whether it is sufficient for details such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; whether it is sufficient for usage such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; In terms of its ownership structure, it is a settlement built on its feet. To reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and Bozok villages, you have to go uphill. (İslamlar-Üzümlü village is a quiet residential area surrounded by nature.) The nearest airport for students arriving by air is Dalaman Airport. We kindly ask you to take this into consideration when purchasing your tickets.

Note: In our villas, an extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights and this fee is divided according to the villa.
