NOTE: For the ideal temperature of the pool temperature, the customer using the heated pool must be informed 3 days before the holiday period.

Pool Dimensions

Garden Pool: Pool; Boy: 6 m. Width: 4 m. Depth: 1.55 cm. A terrace with sun loungers and a terrace on the pool terrace with a shallow pool and grass terraces next to it.

Inner pool: If the pool is 260 cm in length, 170 cm in depth and 110 cm in depth, it is heated and cooled according to its type.

Spa: There is a Cedar Sauna in the inner pool area, a Turkish bath and a WC shower for general use.

There are sun loungers, umbrellas, fireplace, table tennis, sitting group, table and chairs on the pool terrace.

HALL: In the living room, there is a seating group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, coffee table, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

Kitchen: In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, 4-burner stove, toaster, dinner set, dining table, kitchen utensils.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
