Villa Escape 3

Our 2-bedroom 4-person private swimming pool rental villa in Kalkan Kalamar region is our new villa opened in 2021 with stone and wooden architecture. Our villa has a magnificent sea view, its design has been expanded with modern luxury furniture and you can have fun instantly. Our villa is located next to Escape 1 in the same place.

NOTE : Pool heating fee is 150 GBP

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom toilet, bathroom and toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen :In the American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, electric kettle (kettle), 4-burner stove, toaster, dinnerware, dining table, kitchen utensils.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% range of motion.

Damage Deposit:

All kinds of damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay in the villa you rented. A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa). If there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refunded.

Note:

The villa/flat pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens to fit the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mail, social media accounts, access to newspapers and news sites, but not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. It is necessary to climb uphill to reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and villages. (The village of İslamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet settlement-village intertwined with nature.) For customers arriving by plane, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
