Villa Eva is located in Kalkan Patara region. Our 2-bedroom villa, which offers accommodation for up to 4 people, is among our ideal options for a peaceful holiday with its unique harmony of nature and sea view. The living room designed with comfortable furniture of our villa, which is located in accordance with all the rules in the modern American kitchen, is at your service.

NOTE : The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during this cleaning.

Kitchen: Spacious and large American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), electric kettle, extractor fan, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 10-person set meals.

Living Room: There is a TV, a table-chairs for 4 people and a modern sitting group. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.

NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas etc. of our villa. expenses and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important Information: Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these.

Damage Deposit: 750 TL (A deposit of 750 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc. If there is no problem such as broken, damaged or lost, the deposit is returned at the exit of the villa.

Internet : There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
