Villa Frezya

Located in Kalkan Islamlar village, our 2-bedroom villa, Frezya, which offers accommodation for up to 4 people, is a unique opportunity for our guests who want to get away from the noise of the city and air pollution. Villa Freesia, which is in the category of conservative villas and honeymoon villas, has a wonderful view of nature. On the ground floor of Villa Frezya, there is an American kitchen and a living room, and on the first floor there are two suite bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi. There is a playground and table tennis on the pool terrace of our villa, whose pool is sheltered and whose garden is not visible from the outside. An unforgettable holiday awaits you at Villa Frezya, which is prepared for our guests who care about privacy. Vila Freesia, whose garden is very cutely decorated, is an ideal holiday villa for families with children.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

Our duplex villa has a sunbathing area with sea and nature views on the pool floor terrace, a private swimming pool, and a private garden adjacent to the forest area.

GROUND FLOOR

Kitchen: In the modern designed American Kitchen; Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave oven, Toaster Electric Kettle, 6 Person Dinnerware, Pan, Cookware and Cutlery.

Living Room: In the comfortably furnished living room, which opens to the nature view and the pool terrace, there is a seating group, satellite TV, DVD Player, Wireless internet, air conditioning and a dining table for 4 people.

FIRST FLOOR

Bedroom - 1 (Suit-Family): Our room with nature view has a double bed, nightstand, make-up table, wardrobe, air conditioning, bathroom with jacuzzi and balcony.

Bedroom - 2 (Suit-Twin): Our room with nature view has 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner, bathroom and balcony.

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% range of motion.

Damage Deposit:

All kinds of damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay in the villa you rented. A damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and if there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refunded.

Note:

The villa/flat pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens to fit the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for accessing e-mail, social media accounts, newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; Due to its geographical structure, it is a settlement built on a slope. To reach all our villas/apartments in Kalkan and the surrounding villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For our guests arriving by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
