Located in Kalkan Kördere, this luxury holiday villa has 2 suites (with bathroom) bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. Our villa, which has a high structure at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, has a magnificent view and you can see this view from all over the villa.

It has a very spacious environment with a length of 15 meters and a swimming pool of 4 meters, a shallow pool of 4 meters and large areas. Our villa, which comes to the forefront with its modern architecture, has a ceiling window with a remote-controlled closing curtain, and you can see the stars from where you sit every time they go through this curtain in the evening. A magnificent Mediterranean view will give you peace of mind while you are eating your meals on the pool terrace or with the dinner plates inside. On this floor is the teenage bedroom with bathroom, consisting of two single beds, which has an exit directly to the pool terrace. On the second floor, which is reached by stairs, there is a master bedroom with double items. Again, these rooms have a magnificent view, a large hot tub, a bathroom, WC and a balcony. You can see the view by observing the view from the viewing cameras, which are designed as full glass, and you can wake up to this view when you wake up in the morning. All the furniture, kitchen tools, ironing, hair dryer, dial utensils you need are available in our villa.

A large car park awaits you in the outer part of our villa. In addition, the garden and its protector, which is greened with grass, are also in this area. Wifi Internet connection is available. It is not visible from any of the structures near the side of our villa, in front of the iron shutters and protective facades over the perimeter walls. The front side of the pool and pool terrace can be opened and closed with a 90 cm wide curtain system, depending on preference.

Instant transportation to our villa, which is approximately 3 km from Kalkanşehir, by car in 5-7 minutes. The vehicle must be found with the condition that the region is generally sloped. Market, mosque etc. for your daily needs.. 1 km away.

NOTE: Absolutely no pets are allowed.

NOTE: Since our villa is located in the nature, our villa owners are doing the necessary spraying. Despite this; There is a possibility of finding butterflies, insects, flies etc.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% range of motion.

Damage Deposit:

All kinds of damage, breakage, spillage, loss, etc. that may occur during your stay in the villa you rented. A damage deposit of 2.000 TL is taken at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and if there is no problem/damage, the fee (deposit) is refunded.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
