Villa Gülce is our villa with a garden and luxurious interior decoration, located among olive trees and vineyards in Üzümlü, Kalkan.

*An additional cleaning fee of 400 TL is charged for rentals of less than 5 nights.

ROOMS

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, bedside table, vanity table, wardrobe, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bathroom.

*Open the bathroom door area.

2. Bedroom: There are two single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, air conditioner and bathroom.

Other Features: Iron & Ironing Board, Hair Dryer, Vacuum Cleaner etc. Cleaning materials

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken for the villa you have rented.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
