Villa Han Uğrar

Villa Han Uğrar; It is among the preferences of our holidaymakers located in Kaş district of Antalya Kaş district. It is 20 km from the city center.

The main building on our land, whose 4 sides are landscaped with forest: It has a 250 m2 living area (foundation) and has two floors. On the ground floor, there are two rooms, one of which is a suite (50 m2) with a bathroom, a separate WC for the guests, a 75 m2 high ceiling living room and kitchen, and a solid glass fireplace with a water tank connected to underfloor heating. It is possible to pass from the living room to the 25 m2 kitchen terrace and the 250 m2 pool terrace. The main hall is accessed via a wooden staircase to the upper floor.

We have a large hall that sees the living room from the upper floor and connected to the hall, one 20m2 children's room without a bathroom, two rooms with 30 m2 bathrooms, and there is also a 25 m2 terrace from these two showers. There is also a laundry room upstairs.

There is also a 90 m2 2+1 stone house 50 meters from the main building.

In all buildings, the vacant land with natural use, predominantly stone and wood, which will not harm the surrounding forests, is afforested. No pesticides have been used in the garden so far.

The villa and the terrace have landscaping on both sides of the 1000 m2 grass area, 110 m2 hammock pergola, two camellias, and a stone pool with a waterfall. In the remaining land, there are fruit trees such as fruit trees, vineyards, strawberry melons that have doubled yield. You can enjoy daily eggs in our naturally and organically fed chickens.

You can also have a good time with the 420cm trombone, table tennis and table football in the garden. In our isolated villa surrounded by forests on all four sides, lie in the hammock amid the chirping of birds and either sleep or calmly read your book. Let the kids on the other side have fun in the pool. The area is wide.

Activities: There are 5 hammocks, table football, trampoline and table tennis.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
