Our luxury villa for rent for ten people, located in Kalkan Akbel area, with a width of one and a half kilometers from the center, has five bedrooms, an American kitchen & living room, a private pool and the use of a large garden. While your car is standing in the parking garage, you can get your daily needs from the nearest supermarket, five hundred meters away.

Kalkan has a large swimming pool with a magnificent sea and nature view and a private hot tub. The bedrooms of our rental villa have sea and nature views and open to balconies and terraces. Thanks to the connection, our villa, whose pool is not considered too much, is also suitable for large puppies.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 pounds is required upon arrival.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
