Villa Kalos, which is located on a 1.5-decare area with a special landscape applied on a 7-decare land that sees the Kalkan bay and the sunset from the slopes in Kalkan Ordu location, was built using local stones. Villa Kalos is located just outside of Kalkan, dominating the view. It is an ideal option for holidaymakers who want to spend a holiday in silence and tranquility, accompanied by unique nature, sea and sunset views. The private swimming pool and garden of our villa are sheltered.

Villa Kalos, which has panoramic sea and nature views and combines a private bathroom with luxury design, has three spacious, modern designed suites with sea and nature views, and an American kitchen lounge. Our villa's private swimming pool is isolated from the environment and is an ideal villa for conservative enclosures. Our villa has internet connection, swimming pool.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. A damage deposit of 500 TL is required at the entrance.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
