Villa Kayadibi

Located in Ulugöl, Kalkan, it has a wooden and stone architecture that offers an isolated holiday opportunity, intertwined with the greenery of nature, away from the city air and noise. With its large pool surface, green areas are also affected, and the pool terrace is sheltered for our conservative families. It is designed with pool terrace lounges, lounge, sitting area and dining table. Villa Kayadibi has 2 bedrooms and a capacity of 4 people. 1. Bed groups include double bed, jacuzzi and bathroom and toilet space. 2. Bed groups have 2 separate single beds and a bathroom with toilet. It has an oriental corner between the very beautiful trees where you can sip your tea and coffee, with a balcony with a wooden structure coming out of the same place in 2 bedrooms. All equipment has been considered to meet the demands of our villa's customers.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
