Villa Kumsal Uno

Villa Kumsal Uno, located in Kalkan Kördere; It has 5 bedrooms and a guest room for 10 people. Our villa has a large pool area and a terrace with a wonderful view. Our villa has a spacious interior design, there are 2 living rooms, the capacity can be up to 12 people. Our villa has 2 bed jacuzzis.

Note: There is Villa Kumsal 2 with 2 bedrooms independent of the lower entrance door of the villa. In case of being more crowded, both villas can be rented together.

POOL FLOOR AND GARDEN

In our duplex villa, which has a sunbathing area with a nature view on the pool floor, a private swimming pool, and a private garden adjacent to the forest area, there are table and chairs, lounge, sun umbrella, group seating and owners as garden furniture.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, bathroom and toilet.

5. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: There is air conditioning, television, internet, satellite receiver, sitting group, dining table. We have an exit from the living room to the pool.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, kettle (kettle), cutlery set, plate set, glass, cup, cup, pot and pan set.

NOTE : All electricity, water, cylinder gas etc. of our villa. expenses and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 10 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
