La MerComfort is a 2-room, modern 4-person house with indoor pool, Turkish bath and sauna, a sheltered terrace area, to host guests in summer and winter.
La Mer Comfort- Kalkan is located in Kördere, 6 minutes to the center of Kalkan and 15 minutes to Kaputaş Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey.
Apart from families and groups of four, there is a honeymoon room with a large jacuzzi designed with honeymooners in mind. There is underfloor heating in the house in order to thicken it easily in winter and the pool is heated. In summer, cooling is provided by air conditioning. The total indoor area of the house is 165 m2. Outside the house, there is an igloo with a view of Kalkan.
Indoor Pool, Spa Area, Winter Garden:
There is an indoor pool and a spa-heavy heated pool, which only belong to La Mer Comfort dimensions, with windows that can make it completely sheltered inside the house. The pool has a special powerful swimming engine for turbo massage and swimming training. Dimensions are 5mtx3mt, depth is 130cm.
The spa area includes a hammam, sauna and shower for 4 people.
In a separate area outside the building, there is a winter garden for the use of La Mer Comfort customers only. The winter garden has a wood fireplace and armchairs. It has a view of Kalkan.
There is a single hoop basketball court and a children's playground in the common area outside the house.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.
NEGATIVE:
Between November 1st and April 30th, indoor pool heating and house heating are free of charge during the winter, no extra charge is required.
If other summer protective pool heating is requested, it is 120 TL per day and the volume pool heating must be turned on for the day of stay.
Important informations:
Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.
Damage Deposit:
During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.
Immortality:
Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.internet :
There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
