Our luxury villa for rent, located in Kalkan Kördere, is located at a point intertwined with nature, with a unique view of the sea and nature, where the fascinating settlement of Kalkan can be watched day and night. Villa La Mer Deluxe Kalkan is located in Kördere, 6 minutes to the center of Kalkan and 15 minutes to Kaputaş Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey. Private indoor pool and sports room of our villa are sheltered. This permanent summer villa is an ideal option for holidaymakers and especially honeymooners who want to be secluded.

Villa LaMer Deluxe, which combines panoramic sea and nature views with luxury design, has a sports room, spa room, Turkish bath, sauna and indoor room. Our Villa There is an internet connection in our villa.

Our villa is next to Villa Lemar. It is suitable for families and groups of friends who want to rent together.

There is a covered resting area around the pool. There is also a 12mt2 open terrace and a sunbathing area exit. In this way, treadmill, bicycle and sports weights, etc. There is a sports room, a 4-person hammam, sauna, shower and toilet.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.

NEGATIVE:

Between November 1st and April 30th, indoor pool heating and house heating are free of charge during the winter, no extra charge is required.

If other summer protective pool heating is requested, it is 250 TL per day and the volume pool heating must be turned on for the day of stay.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
