Villa LeMar Tiny Plus

LeMar Tiny Plus is a modern 2-room, 4-person outdoor pool/terrace house built in accordance with today's Tiny House fashion. With its large terrace and pool area in front of it, the view of Kalkan dominates. It is suitable for honeymooners as well as small farms. The total indoor area of ​​the house with one closed bedroom and one mezzanine semi-open bedroom is 24m2, and the terrace and pool area is 100m2.

LeMar Tiny Plus- Kalkan is located in Kördere, 6 minutes from the center of Kalkan and 10-15 minutes away from Kaputaş and Patara Beaches, one of the most famous beaches in Turkey.

Terrace – Pool Area:

There is only the LeMar Tiny Plus lounge, on the large terrace opposite the house, where there is a pool, seating set, a dining table for four, a client, a four-person armchair, an umbrella, a single seating area. There is a jacuzzi in the pool.

Bedroom - 2 (Team-Family):2. The bedroom is on the low ceilinged mezzanine and is half open to the living room. Thanks to the sky glass from the bed, the sky can be seen while lying down. The hall is accessed by stairs. There is a double (150cmx200cm) bed in the room. There are cabinets with doors at the back of the bedroom for guest accessories.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 4 people.Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
