Villa Luck 2

Villa Nord 2 is a conservative villa built in 2022 in Kalkan Üzümlü region, with a 4-person accommodation guest, a jacuzzi, a private and sheltered pool.

Bedrooms

Bed: Room1 Double Bed, 1 Air Conditioner, 1 Jacuzzi, 1 Bath&Toilet.

Bed: Room2 Single Bed, 1 Air Conditioner, 1 Bathroom & Toilet.

Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware, pans, pots and cutlery.

Living Room: Inside the living room, there is a seating group, satellite receiver, TV, modem, air conditioner, and an exit to the poolside.

Pool: There is a private swimming pool in our villa.

Garden : There are sun loungers, parasols, barbecue, garden sitting group, lounge.

Important informations:Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Shield; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. Islamlar-Üzümlü Village is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.

NOTE 1: An extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights.

NOTE 2: The last 300-400 meters of the road leading to the villa is the stabilized road. Not recommended for low and sports vehicles.

Note 3: The minimum rental period in this villa is 4 nights.
