It is a 2 bedroom holiday villa with a capacity of 4 people in Çavdır region. Our villa, which has a large pool area, has a small green area and children's playground for families with children, and table football and table tennis for adults to have a pleasant time. .In addition to the large pool, there is also a small pleasure pool right next to it.

NOTE: Villa Manavgatlı 3 and Villa Manavgatlı 4 are two villas side by side.

NOTE: The last 20 meters of the road leading to our villa is a slightly stabilized road.

Important informations:

Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% range of motion.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined wih nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
