Villa Mavi Kalkan Islamlar is located in a forest area with a panoramic nature view. Our single-storey villa for rent, built entirely of natural stone, offers you a pleasant holiday option with its natural style. It has a private swimming pool that cannot be seen from the surroundings, 2 suite bedrooms, one of which has a jacuzzi, and an American kitchen and living room. You will be able to enjoy spending time in trout restaurants nested in hanging gardens. It is specially furnished for honeymooners with its sheltered pool. Due to the location of the pool of our villa, it is a villa suitable for conservative families.

In our single-storey rental villa; Opening to the pool terrace, there is a spacious and modern designed American kitchen and living room with sea and nature views, and two suite bedrooms. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative families.

The top of the pool can be opened and closed, it is heated free of charge from 1 November to 30 April. Other months, upon request, it is an extra 500 TL per week. (It is heated in the range of 24-28 degrees)

NOTE : All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool & garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
