Cleaning and Maintenance
It is delivered clean in the size of the villa and it is cleaned once a week. In case of extra cleaning request, cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., are done by the staff who take care of our villa, subject to a fee.
Damage Deposit
A cash damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance to the villa. Damage, loss, broken etc. in the villa. In the absence of such cases, this fee is refunded on the day of departure.
Entry and Exit Information
Check-in time for all our Villas is after 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. In addition to the cleaning of our villas, the necessary controls are made, the functioning of the deficiencies and the obligation to these hours are strongly requested from the villa customer.
Location
Due to its geographical location, our region consists of settlements located on very steep mountain slopes. For this reason, there are sloping roads and stabilized (earth) roads during transportation to the villas. In addition, since our villas located outside the center are generally located in the village, it is possible to encounter natural life surprises (flies, insects, bees, etc.).
NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and there is a Towel and Bed Linen Set for 2 people.
Important informations:
Electricity, water and bottled gas fees of our villas are included in the price, there is no additional charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. are not included in the prices. In all our villas located in nature, spraying is done regularly and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% range of motion.

The villa/flat pictures on our site are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens to fit the screen. For this reason, objects in pictures may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
