Villa Melis Kisla is in Kalkan Kisla Bay, only 5 walking distance from Kalkan Beach Park, and offers a magnificent sea view from its terraces and balconies. There is a private heated pool for guests to enjoy protection from the winter and spring sun.

The interiors are very expansive, with luxurious furnishings and a full kitchenette with lots of wall-to-wall French windows. On the ground floor, there is a private heated pool, sun loungers, sun lounger, dining table (for 6 people) on the sunny pool terrace. In the side garden there is also a living area with a dining table (for 6 people). The loft design is furnished with an open living area and kitchenette with stunning sea views. There is a large garden on the second floor for those who want to have dinner to use the extra kitchen.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and access to the pool terrace through French windows.

On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms with balconies, a kitchen (washing machine) and a shower room with WC.

Spacious master suites occupy the entire second floor with a double bed, walk-in closet, large bathroom with drawer corners and walk-in shower. The master suites offer a large shaded balcony seating area (for 4 people), and magnificent views.

NOTE: Villa Akdeniz has external heating. Heating fee is 200 TL per day.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car,health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
