Our rental villa is located in Kalkan Akbel neighborhood. Our villa, which will welcome you with a concept other than the usual villa structures, has 3 bedrooms and a family or group of 6 people can have a holiday easily. There is an invaluable nature and remote viewing from the peak point due to the location of our seaside villa for rent. Different and attractive features from other rental villas, one of them has a stone pool. Our villa has both a larger than standard swimming and children's pool outside and a stone heated indoor pool with hydromassage inside. Note: The last 750 meters of the road to our villa is a stabilized dirt road and is not suitable for sports vehicles close to the ground.

Note: The heating fee of the indoor heated pool in our villa is 450 TL extra.

Pool dimensions: There is a swimming pool measuring 4 x 15 meters and a depth of 1.55 meters.

Children's Pool Dimensions: 13 x 2.5 depth 0.60 cm.

Heated Indoor Pool Dimensions: 3 x 3 depth is 120 cm.

1. Bedroom: There is a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen of our villa includes a refrigerator, washing machine and dishwasher, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pans and pots.

Garden: There is a private swimming pool, children's room, lounge and umbrella and pergule, dining table and chairs, garden sitting group, receiver.

NOTE : All electricity, water, cylinder gas etc. of our villa. Expenses and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The size of our villa is delivered as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 8 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan ; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
