Located in a forested area in Kalkan Islamlar, with panoramic sea and nature views, our completely stone-built rental villa offers you a pleasant holiday option with its authentic style. Located in Islamlar, famous for its trout restaurants, our villa has a private swimming pool, 2 suites, an American kitchen and a living room. You will be able to enjoy the sun, the greenery, the private pool and the trout restaurant in the evenings in a fresh air in a natural environment. Our villa is a suitable villa for families with hijab due to the location of its pool. Our rental villa has a large and modern designed American kitchen, a living room with sea and nature views opening to the pool terrace, and two suite bedrooms, one of which is with an indoor pool. The private swimming pool of our villa is isolated from the environment and is an ideal option for conservative families. Our villa has internet connection, indoor and outdoor swimming pools.

Note: Pool heating is free in low seasons. In high season, it opens with an extra fee of 450 TL per week and 70 TL per day.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
