Villa Nautilus

Located in Kalkan Kızıltaş, our 4 suite (with bathroom) bedroom holiday villa has a total capacity of 8 people. Each room of our villa, which is on a hill with the most beautiful view of Kalkan Bay, has a magnificent view. The outside of the pool has been protected and it has been rendered 90% invisible.

Located in the most beautiful location in terms of Kalkan's view, the ground floor of our villa has a large kitchen and living room, on the first floor there is a double bedroom with a double jacuzzi, a teenage bedroom with 2 single rooms. On the 2nd floor, there is a double bed and a bathroom-WC on the attic with a magnificent view. All the furniture, kitchen tools and equipment that our villa needs are up to the iron, hair dryer.

In 2022, our villa has been restorated, the bottom floor of our villa is 1 room, movie theater, sauna, indoor heated pool, entertainment area, and additions such as bidet have been made and the capacity has been increased to 8 people. In terms of our honeymoon couples, the newly built floor and the use of the left kitchen floor will be open for rent in winter. An extra 1500 TL consumption cost is requested from the consumption that requires a heating system in the indoor pool. The temperature of the pool is between 22 and 29 degrees, and this temperature is expected to change according to the weather conditions. The dimensions of the indoor pool are 4m x 4m and the depth is 90 cm.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
