Our rental villa with 2 bedrooms and accommodation managers for 4 people has been built in a very close place in the Kışla area of ​​Kalkan. Our summer villa with magnificent Kalkan Sea view has a double pool. The small pool has a heating system. There are seating, dining table, barbecue, sun loungers and parasols, sitting groups on the pool terrace. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room and a room with 2 single beds, and on the second floor there is a room with a double bed, jacuzzi, toilet and bathroom. There is also a generator and water tank in our villa. The holiday villa with private pool is ideal for both honeymooners and living.

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Shield; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
