The resident of our 4-person rental villa located in Kalkan Kışla area is very close to the resident. There is a toilet bathroom in both arms of our 2 bedroom villa. The sitting area is designed as an American kitchen lounge and all kitchen utensils have been considered to meet the needs of the customers in the kitchen. The holiday villa with double pool has small heating. Villa Nazlı 3, which is also preferred as a honeymoon villa, welcomes you with a magnificent sea view. At the same time, the summer villa with generator and water tank is 1 km away from the center of Kalkan and it is very easy to reach from there.

Note: The small pool has a heating system and heating fees are included.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Shield; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
