Villa Ofelya is a villa located in Hisaronu in the Fethiye region. It is located at a very central point. Our villa has a modern, nature view and comfortable design for 8 people and has 4 bedrooms.

Next to it is the similar Villa Ofelia 2.

POOL FLOOR TERRACE: There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and receivers.

Pool Dimensions: The dimensions of the private garden are 10 m x 4 m; its depth is 1.50 m. Pool maintenance is done once a day in the morning or evening. There is a children's swimming pool in our villa. Dimensions: 1m x 2m depth; It is 40 cm.

Kitchen: Spacious and large American kitchen includes refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner stove (built-in), microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 8-person set meals.

Living Room : Sitting Group, Satellite TV (LCD), Wireless Internet, Air Conditioning

NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas etc. of our villa. expenses and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
