Our rental villa, located in Kayaköy, one of the famous and beautiful holiday resorts of Turkey, 3000 meters from the center, is at a point intertwined with nature, with its back to the mountains. Since it is close to the center of Kayaköy and 700 meters from the market, the rental cottage, where you can meet your daily needs without the need for car, is less than a 15-minute drive from the famous Ölüdeniz, one of the must-see beauties in Fethiye. It is also 5 km from Gemiler Bay.

With its meticulously prepared garden that integrates with nature, with its private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms and a family of 8, the rental cottage will open the doors of an unforgettable holiday in Fethiye with its simple and comfortable design.

- MARCH-APRIL-OCTOBER-NOVEMBER-DECEMBER months, pool heating is free of charge. OUR EXTRA POOL HEATING FEE IS 7.500 TL for 7 nights.

Check-in and check-out days of our villa are only on Monday.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen for 8 people.

NOTE : The entrance to our villa is 16.00 and the exit is 10.00.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
