Our villa is located in the center of Fethiye, in Çiftlik, with its location in nature. Its proximity to beaches such as Calis beach and Akmaz Bay, and the endless peace it gives you when you retreat to your home, provides an unusual experience for those who stay. There are 4 bathrooms-wc in total, 2 of which are parents and 2 are shared. It is quite ideal for large ensembles and large group groups. Everything has been thought of for the customer of our villa, which is furnished in a very stylish and modern way. You can sunbathe on the sun loungers on the pool terrace, eat amazing meals at the garden table, swing at school and spend pleasant moments.

NOTE : The villa is delivered to the guests in a clean way and cleaning is done at the end of the first week for two-week stays. Bed linen and towel changes are also made during this cleaning.

Kitchen: Spacious and large American kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, 4-burner (built-in), electric kettle, extractor fan, cooking utensils, kitchen equipment and 10-person set meals.Living Room: There is a TV, table-chairs for 10 people and a modern sitting group. There is an exit from the living room to the poolside.

NOTE : All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas etc. of our villa. expenses and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important Information: Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these.

Damage Deposit: 1500 TL (A deposit of 1500 TL is taken at the entrance for damage, loss, broken, spilled, etc.).

Internet : There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)
