The villa is located in Ulugöl, next to Şah Kalkan. Our villa for 4 people has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Our villa has a jacuzzi and the pool area is sheltered.

Pool: There is a sheltered private swimming pool. The dimensions of the pool are 8 m in length; tr 3.5 m; depth is 1.55 m.

Bedroom

1.Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioner, bathroom, jacuzzi, toilet.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, bedside table, wardrobe, make-up table, air conditioner, bathroom exit.

Clean linens and towels are available using the air-conditioned bed.

Kitchen : Spacious, Spacious and Modern Designed American Kitchen, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Oven, 4 Cooker (built-in), Microwave Oven, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Pan & Cookware etc. Kitchen Equipment, 4 Person Dinnerware

NOTE: All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. The effects of our villa to be delivered to you as cleaned, there are Towels and Duvet Cover Set for 5 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Immortality:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. They go uphill to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and immigrant villages. For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
