Villa Sandie House of pleasure to introduce Villa Sandie, a luxury 4 bedroom villa on three floors for the summer season 2021. This contemporary, non-traditional property has been recently restored, blending the best of old and new exteriors. The exterior merges intricately with the surroundings and the use of reclaimed wood panels provides a clean and eco-tech look like no other.

General Notes: All of our villas in nature are free of insects, flies, butterflies, insects, etc. is regularly medicated. This note is valid not only for this villa, but also for all our villas that are intertwined with nature.

Our villas are generally located on the slopes in Kalkan and surrounding villages on the geographical structure. For this reason, it is uphill when going to the villas or for sightseeing.

Important informations:Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. An extra cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 7 nights. In all our villas, which are located in nature, spraying is done regularly and although all kinds of precautions are taken, there are no butterflies, insects, flies, etc. in the environment. is likely to be found. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Living Room: Open plan kitchen and dining room. Stairs lead down to the living room and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, opening onto the ventilation pool and multi-level garden terraces. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor.

First floor

Bedroom 1: Second Secure Bedroom with one double bed, en-suite bathroom and dressing room. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows open to a balcony that wraps around the panoramic view.

2.Bedroom: Double bedded room, two single beds and en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass door opens to the balcony.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed and en-suite bathroom. Sliding glass door opens to the balcony.

Bedroom 4: Bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom, dressing room and bathroom with free standing jacuzzi. Large glass patio doors open up to a large furnished terrace complete with its own private, heated breathing pool with whirlpool jet structure.

Negative:Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Shield; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) The nearest airport is Dalaman Airport for the customer who will come by air. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
