Villa Seyran, our 2-bedroom 4-person luxury rental villa with sea view, which was put into service in 2023 in Kaş Sısla, is an ideal option for nuclear families and honeymooners. Villa Seyran is located 12 km from the center of Kas and 500 m from the grape pier beach. Kitchen: In the modern American kitchen, built-in 4 stove, built-in oven, microwave oven, dining table, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, glassware, dinnerware, cutlery, washing machine, pans, There are pots and other cooking equipment.

NOTE: All electricity, water, cylinder gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you as cleaned and includes towels and bed linen for 4 people.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 2,500 TL is required at the entrance (This fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
