Villa SMILE

Our villa, which was completed in 2020, is located in Gökova Ataköy. This villa with 4 rooms has 2 living rooms and a kitchen and consists of 2 floors with different entrances. The upper floor of our villa is a completely wooden design, and the lower pool floor is a different option with its marble design. The beds on the roof of our villa are without a base and there is no air conditioning in the bed devices. Our villa is for 6 people, extra +2 people are accepted.

Kitchen: American kitchen refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table, oven, 4-burner stove, microwave oven, toaster, toaster, kettle, dinner set for 6 people, pan, pots, cutlery, cutlery.

Living Room: There is a seating group, satellite receiver, TV, air conditioner, washbasin, iron, washbasin, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and an exit to the pool view.

Pool: There is a private sunbathing that is not visible from the outside. Dimensions; They are 7 meters long, 4 meters wide and 1.5 meters deep.

Garden: There are sun lungers, parasol, caregiver, garden sitting group, chairs and table.

Internet : There is Wi-Fi in the villa. Infrastructure of the region, sections taken from internet service providers can be experienced. Using Internet; It is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; It is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.

Extras: The villa is very sheltered and the pool is not visible from the outside. The villa is delivered clean. All houses have air conditioning.

Important Information: Electricity, water, gas fees are included in the rental price of the villa. Also, no fee is required. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, health etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. In all of our villas, which have a voice in nature, spraying is done regularly. However, in the surrounding area; butterfly, insect, fly etc. is likely to be found. We guarantee that you will not be seen 100% in our villas with sheltered pools. In these villas, there is always a 5% reserve.

Damage Deposit: Broken, broken, lost, etc. A deposit of 1000 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if there is no problem, the fee is refunded at the exit of the villa.
