Villa Söğüt 2 is located in Marmaris Söğüt village, which is quite famous for its sea and cargo. Our villa has accommodation guests for 5 people and has a magnificent sea and nature view where you, our valued guest, can relieve the tiredness of the whole city. There is a private swimming pool in our villa, which can be rented with the comfort of our villas, honeymooners and groups of friends. Villa Magnificent View 2, which has a pool section and rooms with nature and sea views, is waiting for you to spend the villa holiday of your dreams. The interior decoration valuables have been tastefully chosen to be stylish and appealing to reading.

NOTE: An extra 1000 TL cleaning fee is required for stays of less than 6 nights.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

During your stay for the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Kalkan; A temporary settlement is a settlement built on climbing. In order to reach all our villas/apartments located in Kalkan and villages, it is necessary to go uphill. (The village of Islamlar-Üzümlü is a quiet residential area intertwined with nature - a village.) For the customer who will come by air, the nearest airport is Dalaman Airport. Please consider this when purchasing your tickets.
