Our villa, located in a peaceful place away from the city and offering a fascinating view of the sea, has been designed considering all the needs of you, our valued guest.

• Minimum stay in Tiny Villas is 3 nights

• For stays between 1 June and 30 September , floating fruit trays and breakfast can be used at an extra cost .

• At the end of 1 June - 30 September, it is an extra 350 TL per day if you want to be served to the concept villa including breakfast.

• All Tiny Villas are sheltered.

NOTE: All electricity, water, bottled gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and daily pool and garden maintenance are included in the price. Our villas are delivered to you as cleaned, and there are towels and bed linen in it.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, bottled gas, fees are included in the price of our villas, and there is no extra charge for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. In our villas with sheltered pools, it is not possible to be 100% invisible. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

Any damage, breakage, positive, loss etc. for the villa you have rented during your stay.

Negative:

Villa/apartment pictures with internet files are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the screen. Objects in the pictures in these sections may appear larger than they actually are.

internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur due to the infrastructure of the region. (Internet use is sufficient for needs such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee will be based on the villa.
