With its balconies, comfortable rooms and a garden with every shade of green, it is an ideal holiday rental for you to breathe the fresh air. . It is 3500 meters from Bodrum Bitez Beach.

Villa Taner, which combines its luxurious design with its pool decoration and rooms, has an American Kitchen & Living Room and three bedrooms.

NOTE : Our villa is not rented with friend groups.

NOTE: Groups of friends and people other than those included in the reservation document are strictly not accepted in our villa.

A damage deposit of 3000 TL is required at the entrance.

It is rented for 6 days, check-in Monday - Check-out Sunday. The specified criteria are valid for 6 nights.

No Smoking Indoors

The villa can be booked for a maximum of 2 weeks.

-Damage Deposit Taken In Cash On Check In After Customer Checks Out, It Is Returned To The Account On The Next Tuesday

- Check-in time to the villa: 16:00 check-out time: 10:00.

-Guests are not accepted except for the guests who rent the villa.

All Electricity, Water, Cylinder Gas (etc.) expenses of our villa and Daily Pool & Garden Maintenance are included in the price. Our villa is delivered to you in a cleaned condition. Otherwise, down payment is made for cleaning.

Important informations:

Electricity, water, cylinder gas fees of our villas are included in the price, no extra charge is required for these. Extra cleaning, extra sheets and towels, rental car, health services etc. It is not included in the prices. All our villas, which are located in nature, are regularly sprayed and all kinds of precautions are taken, but despite this, butterflies, insects, flies, etc. There is a possibility of being found. There is no guarantee of 100% visibility in our villas with sheltered pools. Villas always have a 5% leeway.

Damage Deposit:

For the villa you have rented, any damage, breakage, spillage, loss etc. that may occur during your stay. A damage deposit of 2000 TL is required at the entrance (this fee varies according to the villa.) and the fee (deposit) is refunded if there is no problem/damage.

Note:

The villa/apartment pictures on our website are taken with a 12-18 mm wide-angle lens in order to fit the image to the screen. For this reason, the objects in the pictures may appear larger than the real thing.

Internet :

There is wireless internet (Wifi) in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, possible interruptions from internet service providers may occur. (Internet use is sufficient for e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites; it is not sufficient for use such as watching movies and videos, downloading files.)

Note: Extra cleaning fee is charged for stays of less than 7 nights in our villas and this fee varies according to the villa.
